Riverside is a city of 300,000

Hardly a Greek village

But with this one-day festival of culture and food, you can be immersed in the Mediterranean right on Canyon Crest Drive. We hope you will eat, learn, tour and relax as our guests. We bring to you a little taste of the life that our fore-bearers have lived. Eat some of the best and oldest foods in the world, listen to some lively music and be uplifted and ennobled by the beauty of our church.

Our Church & Faith

Wait until you see what's on the inside

We hope you will find our parish informative and edifying. We invite you to join us on a tour of our church during the Greek Fest. Tours will depart every 30 minutes and are absolutely free. Modest attire is required.

We also invite you to join us for one of our liturgical services - services that have been part of the worshiping tradition of apostolic Christianity since the era of the "early Christian Church". Our parish is part of the ancient Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Antioch, the ancient city where St. Luke in the Book of Acts tells us the believers of Christ were first called "Christians" (Acts 11:26).

Saint Andrew Orthodox Christian Church is more than just a place where people come to worship the living God (although it is first and foremost that!), our Parish is a vibrant faith community of people of all ages and backgrounds who are working out their faith together and raising their families in accordance with the commandments of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and the sacred norms for spiritual life of the ancient Holy Eastern Orthodox Church.

We are honored to have you as visitors. We are at your service.
